Surface pro 3 turns off when unplugged

I notice it happens when i come back to my computer after not using it (sleep is off but screen turns off when idle). The power supply turns off and cannot be used again until I unplug it from the wall. When I plugged it back it, it rebooted and worked perfectly fine. However, I got up and unplugged my Surface, needing to bring it with me somewhere, and it immediately turned off. Essentially the power supply randomly stops charging the device, and to get it to charge again i have to unplug the power adapter from the wall, wait 5-10 seconds, and then reconnect everything. Earlier, I noticed that my surface would not turn on, so I got my charging cord and plugged it in. The screen may flash the Surface logo, but continue holding the buttons down for at least 15 seconds. Step 2: Press and hold the volume-up button and the power button at the same time for at least 15 seconds and then release both. 3) You can manually check and install update. Step 1: Press and hold the power button on your Surface for 30 seconds and then release it. 2) You can see domain joined definition here. Anybody have advice is this thing fixable or am I just screwed 2. On top of that it is slow to charge and on restart 'BD PROCHOT' thermally throttles even when cool to the touch. Hey everyone, got a Surface Pro 7 here and something weird has been happened over the last several months.
